STOVES

TRADITIONAL OR CONTEMPORARY STOVES FOR BOTH YOUR COMFORT AND A FOCAL POINT

With one of the largest stove displays in Cornwall we are able to help you select the woodburner or multifuel stove most suitable for your home. Most sizes and styles are displayed, ranging from traditional inset open fires through to huge glass fronted wall models.

Once the style of stove is selected, you can choose between woodburning & multifuel and whether a back boiler as an option is important. Let us guide you through the technical advantages and disadvantages of the appliances / systems available. You will be able to take comfort in the 35 years of experience, which we have acquired within the industry.

Sizing the actual heat requirement for your room is one of the many important factors so you can enjoy your stove. It is extremely difficult to compare one stove output with another and a generic computer calculator may not give you the true picture. Why not bring along the sizes of your room so that we can discuss the options available.

CONTROLLABILITY, CONTINUOUS CLEAN GLASS AND EFFICIENCY ARE ALL POSSIBLE WITH OUR RANGE OF WOODBURNING / MULTIFUEL STOVES

Our wide range of stoves, manufactured both in the UK and abroad gives you the customer a wealth of options. The style and brand of stove will affect the flue size as well a suitable position in the room to meet the regulations. To name just a few of the brands supplied by ourselves: Aga, Woodwarm, Morso, Barbas, Jetmaster, Charnwood, Burley, Nordphedis and Termatech.

As with any heating appliance the installation is critical. Both flue systems and the installer’s skill are the key to a pleasurable experience with your chosen stove. With safety at the forefront of any installation, all building regulations must be adhered too.

It is essential all stoves are installed by a qualified installer, who must ensure that the installation is notified to the local building control. When selecting a stove with a back boiler, both domestic hot water and central heating are possible. Linking up systems & thermal stores are sometimes an advantage.

As well as supplying stoves we are able to undertake all types of installations using our own installation teams. Existing chimneys lined, twin skin flue systems installed, lintels raised, all standard work within our portfolio. Hearths, surrounds and mantels, we will be lead by your style and create the finish you have dreamed of.
